Return unwanted items:

 Returns will be accepted with prior authorization. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs, any damages during return shipping, and a 25% restock fee. Once an item has been received, and found in good condition, a check will be issued to the customer, minus the above costs. To get pre-authorization for returning items, contact customer service by phone 352-512-0516.    

Defective/damaged items:

Claims for defective merchandise must be received within 7 days of delivery. If you receive a defective product contact customer service at 352-512-0516. 
You will need to take photos of the damaged item and email them to: damage@allenbrinkley.com . We will reship a replacement item with in a few days.

 

Construction:
Face Frame:  3/4" Solid Wood.
Shelves:       1/2" Plywood with shelf clips.
Cabinets:       3/8" Plywood sides and back.
Doors:           3/4" Full overlay solid wood with self-closing, euro-style, adjustable metal hinges.
Drawers:       3/4" Solid hardwood drawer box, tongue and groove construction. Under mount drawer metal slides.

Shipping: Cabinets shipped via commercial freight carrier, UPS or FedEx within 3 -5 business days after cleared funds.
Note: items could be out of stock/back ordered/discontinued.  Cabinets are shipped direct to your door. 
Out of stock/ back ordered items could take up to 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
 We Ship Worldwide from 5 locations in the USA.  There are no minimum orders.

 Payment: Total is due when the order is placed.
