We provide kitchen design services for home owners, builders, architects, interior designers, cabinet shops, remodelers, closet design systems and do-it-yourselfers.
We use 20-20
Design software the same software used by Lowe's, Home Depot,
and other major retailers.
The 20/20 Design Software is recognized as the industry standard for kitchen design
around
the world.
The program generates full-color, three dimensional, photo-like renderings with
floor plans.
The 20-20's technology allows us to add textures, shadows, and lighting effects to
achieve a realistic kitchen environments.
Designs can be viewed from any angle, "panavision" with an ability to
zoom in on any desired area.
This allows customers to visualize what the room would look like with new
cabinetry.
Our design service will provide
support for your project including, phone, email and fax communication with a
turn around of 2-3 days.
Your design will be posted to a web page to view as a 3-D color panavision,
along with a detailed floor plan.
We do request a
retainer fee of $1.50 per square foot for the design.
That means if your
kitchen, for example, is 10' x 10', your cost would be $150.

us a hand sketch of the room showing
dimensions of the space.
We have provided a "Design Layout
Sheet" you can use for this purpose.

placement.
This Design Layout Sheet should be faxed or emailed to us so we can start the
design/layout of your kitchen or bath.
Upon receiving your drawing we will
go to work designing your project in 20-20 with
Elevations, Perspective,
Panavision, and Floor Plan views etc.

To calculate your cost for our design service simply arrive at the total floor
square feet and times that by $1.50. We have a minimum cost per drawing of $150.

Payments can be made by credit card, a Pay Pal account is not necessary.
